COVID-19 Update - As An Essential Business, We Remain Open To Serve You
We reach out today with a great deal of gratitude. As COVID-19 continues to uproot our social, professional, and personal lives we want to thank each of you for your partnership and dedication to the communities for which you live and work. No words will do justice to everyone’s individual experience over the last couple of weeks and the coming weeks.
Locksmith Resource is committed to protecting the safety and welfare of our employees and customers.
The State of Illinois recently ordered all residents to stay at home other than for essential activities and work. The government outlined specific business segments that are deemed essential, of which Locksmith Resource is one of them.
In response to this crisis both in the State of Illinois and worldwide, Locksmith Resource has taken several precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. Most team members are already working from home and those at our facility are critical to the ongoing activities of the organization. We have used and continue to use social distancing guidelines and preventative measures. Per the CDC and local health officials, anyone who suspects they may have or is diagnosed with COVID-19 must follow the guidelines provided.
Effective immediately, we will no longer be able to allow for in person counter pickups. Our shipping providers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS) continue to provide delivery service to all previously supported areas.
We also understand that the dynamic nature of COVID-19 means that contingency plans set today may need to be changed in the future. We promise to be as responsive as possible to your needs. We’re grateful for you being part of our community and will continue to keep you updated.
